I love their names.I loved seeing Ray and Ashley become closer and frustrated she couldn’t tell the truth.It was interesting if Ray would continue his life as Ray or go back to being Devon.He had changed since the incident and his amnesia.I liked the ending and looking forward to reading Kaegan and bryces story.i recieved copy from netgalley in exchange for a review.
The wedding of Colleen(Lena) and Walter was set for spring .The temperature was in the seventys with flowers out.Lena was set to wear her aunt’s dress from forty years ago.Lenas sister Hailie was maid of honor and planner .Lena declares the marriage will not affect her relationship to her sister and that they will always be close. Hailies longest relationship is six months and that’s how long Walter and Lena where together before the engagement.Then the unthinkable happens. I think you can know from the beginning whether someone is right for you.Ten years later Colleen works for a travel company,no longer goes by Lena and has apartment in Brooklyn.Colleen is called home when her dad starts showing signs of Alzheimer’s.I understood Colleen and how it’s hard to let go of the past but I wanted her to spend more time with the family.I also thought it would be good for her to start a family of her own.I wanted her to drop the walls she has up with not letting a bf close.I liked how they all rallied around their dad. When Brooke was 18 she got a traveling adventure job.I felt for Mindy and hoped she rested up in her break from her life.I liked how patient Garrett was with Brooke and the kids. I thought Brooke was a good strong character this was a eldeweiss book

It was a extravagant dress in time of fiancial downfall .Many brides wore this dress and they all looked beautiful.kendra has a wall of panic at the alter for it’s 1978 and women can do so much yet she hasn’t accomplished much.Shes not quite ready to start a family like Jake.I liked the pictures of the dress the book was based on. She ends up a single mother with wedding called off and gifts returned.her daughter is Lauren James.
Lauren is about to turn forty and has no children.Shes dating Spencer and is her longest relationship since moving to New York.Brianna who was like a sister to her was suppose to move to NY also and they would get an apartment,get jobs and work on a novel together.At the last moment Brianna changes her mind. Her grandmother died when she was 16 and left her the house.Her parents dig for fossils around world and insist she’s old enough to live by herself. Bree is owner of a book store .Bree has bedroom issues with her husband.It was interesting seeing how Bree and Lauren handle turning forty.I liked all the different elements of a relationship and the stages they go through explored.

It was close to midnight when Ryan and Karen returned home from their dinner and a movie date.Ryans buisness is having trouble and Karen never made it as nurse like she wanted .instead she works as a grocery store cashier.She checks on the kids sound asleep when they get home.The next morning Maddie ,their daughter,is found missing.Everyone close to her is suspected along with strangers . There are a lot of twists and turns and secrets held.I was wrapped up in the story and what happened to Maddie.

The book starts with Allison watching out over the lake. Inside there is a party for her husband’s 47 the birthday. Her husband’s friends refer to her as a trophy wife. She is in her early to mid thirties.They also say that she goes through his money I agree with Allison sometimes you fall in love with unexpected person like someone older .Her husband’s theater business is experiencing fiancial problems .

Ella Kendall had a huge crush on Luca prince in high school. He transfered to her school in her junior year. The prince family owns a ranch which the town is named after. Luca gave Ella a Earth shattering kiss her senior year at the dance. Then he acted like it never happened. Ella and Stacy aged out of foster care and Ella had several bfs she never connected to. Ella finished her accounting degree. Ella has a hosting job along with an accounting job. No guy ever had the effect on her that Luca did.Ella hasn’t seen Luca for 12 years until she broke down in middle of road trying to buy parts for broken faucet.Luca doesn’t seem to remember her and she is embarrassed. Luca has been through a string of beautiful women.I instantly liked Ella and I love cowboy romances.I liked the names Ella and Luca. Luca isa bit of a player but Ella is hard to get.The house Ella inherited is in bad shape and close by to Lucas family ranch.I thought the conservation part added to the story.I liked watching Ella slowly put her guard down.I really didn’t care for Stacy and her stunts but felt bad towards the end at what was happening with her
